Terms Of Use - Digital Work

Unless noted in the listing, we do not allow you to host your own images as you are purchasing at discounted prices, we have to protect our intellectual property and we appreciate your understanding of this matter.

We want credit for the work we've done (that's just common courtesy). All our designs will have reference to "Paddys Prim Designs, Paddys Trash and Treasure or Maryvale Computer Service" as the designer within the design. If you are not happy to have this, then please do not order. Removing our copyright of design reference is a breach of our copyright terms and conditions. Remember, we have full working files as proof of ownership if you state you created the artwork/template yourself.

You do not have permission to alter any artwork created by us. This excludes any completed artwork where you have supplied the full graphic used. This also means you ARE not permitted to break up the graphics to use on other pages such as forums, mySpace and so on without our written permission. Copying any graphics is breaching our copyright .

Pre-made Designs

With all pre-made designs, what you see is what you get and any alterations, change of colours, fonts, layout or links will incur fees to cover our time.

Please be aware that with instant download templates, some are created for auctions and some are created for stores.  For templates with link buttons please see our tutorial section for your free tutorial on adding links to your template buttons.

For orders that are not instant downloaded where you have requested we send your files on a CD you will receive an invoice from us for the cost of the CD plus shipping. Your CD will not be shipped until you have paid in full. If you have requested we email your order to you we will endevour to email out your files within 24hrs of payment being received, please ensure you have provided us your corrent email address and check your spam folder for our emails.

Custom Design

 Once you send me your images, logos and content, please be aware that you cannot then change your mind or make alterations without incurring additional fees, if we have already commenced your order.

If you are wanting a detailed logo created or specific graphics added other than what we account for in my fees for your template design, then you will be required to make further payments to cover the cost of these.

The turnaround time is dependant on my workload as sometimes many orders are received on the same day. This makes it difficult to predict. 

Orders are usually completed within 14 workings days and I strive to complete your order in the shortest time possible.
 

Artwork

We use artwork created by other artists for some of our designs. Please respect the artists terms of use and leave their credit on the bottom of your template. Failure to do this can result in the artist presuming you have no right to use their images and take legal action against you over the copyright of their work.
